Make the holidays even more meaningful by bringing home a hand-crafted, lovingly made art piece and gift.

Our All Fired Up! Art Exhibition & Sale is one of the biggest ways we can directly support the local artists in our area since most of every sale goes right back to the artist. A tiny percentage of each sale also goes to help us fund various educational programs and provide art supplies here at the Averitt Center.

Local artists and student artists often prepare for months in anticipation of this event and a chance to have their work on display for everyone to see. Please help us support these local artists this December 5th - 7th at the Roxie Remley center for Fine Arts.

Sale is open from:

I don't know about you but I love wearing cute or quirky art. It adds such a satisfying spark to my normal outfits that I can't describe. So, I'll tell you the best place to find some wearable masterpieces that, when purchased, help support the local artists and student artists around here. It's the All Fired Up! Winter Art Exhibition & Sale!

This year's winter All Fired Up! Exhibition & Sale begins on December 5th at 2 pm and lasts until 2 pm December 7th. We'll have a wide selection of handcrafted ceramics, fiber art, jewelry, paintings, prints, and more all created by local artists for sale every day of the event. Meme & Reminders! 🤪

Well he's confident, isn't he? If he were a part of our Statesboro Chamber Orchestra, it'd be totally valid though. 😉

The Statesboro Chamber Orchestra led by our new director Darrell Brown will be performing their first concert of the season on December 12th in the Emma Kelly Theater. Admission to this classical music concert is FREE, but we still need you to pick out your seats. So please visit our website or give us a call to secure your spots for the show!

P.S. I forgot to mention, the show is family-friendly! Also, it starts at 7:00pm and we'll have concessions available.

Ever wonder what happens in the gallery during the day? Well, not much, to be honest, but today was a happy exception! 🥳

Today, we held a meeting with the SRAA and Statesboro Festival for the Arts planning committee. Everyone had a chance to view our newest gallery exhibition, "The Greenhouse Project", and catch up with friends/colleagues, then the SRAA generously presented the SFA committee with a big donation check from their recent silent auction fundraiser.

We really enjoyed seeing so many people come together to appreciate visual arts and work towards a common goal here in our gallery. ❤
