The Banquet Room hosts a year round uniquely beautiful setting for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, anniversaries, engagement parties, bridal showers, civic events, family reunions and business events. Bride and Groom may enter from our cobblestone grand entrance. The American Hotel Banquet Room provides numerous indoor and outdoor photographic sites including sites related to the historic Staunton Train Station. We have room for a seated reception accommodating 200 with additional room for a bar, candy bar, cake table, gift table, dance floor, along with space for your band or DJ. We have capability of 240 guests using two rooms and an on sight caterer located in our building. Ample parking exists around The American Hotel along with additional parking in our two story garage. Caterers enjoy the use of our large prep room, counter space, and a shelved cooler. You may use any Caterer of your choice or prepare your own food.
