Dear friends
After over 28 years, the Wednesday Night Supper Club is retiring (I wish I could say the same for me...). It been an absolute pleasure serving you for all these years. But as my grandkids are getting bigger, they will need more of my attention. Catering will still be moving along as usual, just without the supper club. Again, thank you'll for a wonderful 28 + years. It has been great getting to know you all, a little bit at a time, almost every Wednesday. But don't be surprised if we do a supper club pop up from time to time.----Eric

For our SECOND TO LAST WNSC this summer, we have barabcoa enchiladas, with homemade enchilada sauce, roasted salsa verde, refried beans, and red rice. It's pretty darn good......

Time for the WNSC summer sprint---4 more weeks of supper club! Tomorrow we have Baked Penne Pasta, with 3 cheeses and Italian vegetable ragout! served freshly baked bread and tossed baby greens with creamy balsamic!

For the WNSC this week, we have Pork Chile Verde, delicious tender pork, braised in a flavorful roasted tomatillo salsa verde, served with red rice. Tossed baby greens and freshly bake baguette completes the meal!

New spring menu. Only a couple of days late for St Paddy's Day. I look forward to this every year! Corned beef and cabbage, with new potatoes and root vegetables!

For the WNSC this week, it's spaghetti and meatballs! Homemade all beef meatballs, cooked in our zesty marinara and served with Sicilian Spaghetti and freshly grated Pecorino Romano. Served with tossed baby greens and freshly baked bread. The new springtime WNSC menu will be available Wednesday!

For the WNSC, we have Pork Pot Roast served with creamed baby limas and quinoa vegetable pilaf. And the freshly baked bread and tossed baby greens. New WNSC menus will be ready next week!

For the WNSC this week, we are doing something special. We will be making our Beef Carbonade using Redbeard Brewing Company's "Baker Brown Ale"! I can't wait. it will be served with buttered egg noodles, tossed baby greens and a freshly baked baguette! See you Wednesday!

This week for the WNSC is a twist on an old favorite. Salmon and tuna cakes, with a "poke" flavor profile. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, glazed winter vegetables and a sweet chili mayo!

For our next season of WNSC, we start with Feijoada---The Brazilian national dish of black beans, smoked pork, fresh pork,
sausages and peppers. Served with saffron rice. Served with freshly baked baguette and tossed baby greens with creamy balsamic dressing.
