🌸Electricians have started outlets, chandeliers and fans
🌸indoor chairs arrived
🌸tables arrive today
🌸bridal suite almost complete
🌸Pavement done ✅
🌸Landscaping done ✅
🌸Greenery wall purchased and will be put up when it’s not 900 degrees!
🌸Luxury restroom purchased

Only thing left is to finish some odds and ends and let the weddings begin!

To already have 7 weddings, a baby shower, graduation party and birthday party booked is such a blessing and to those who have booked thank you for trusting me this far! I’m good for my word and will make sure everything turns out as promised and beautiful as possible!!

🌸Edison bulbs are up, electrician dropped a meter box off yesterday and next Friday will begin Spring Hill barns own electrical source. Currently it is running off my house.
🌸landscaping will begin this Friday
🌸bridal suite chandelier arrived Sunday
🌸floors are being sanded in bridal suite Friday
🌸Loan closing Monday

Big next two weeks for us!!

Today I got confirmation that my entire small business loan that I applied for was approved!! I had to submit a business plan, cash flow projections for 2 years, what I would do with the funds, have meetings upon meetings and finalllllly they got back and said my business plan and cash flow projections looked excellent and that they approved my loan!! My business plan and other documents went infront of a panel of board members and all had to vote yes! Shenandoah Community Capital Fund is amazing, helpful and so supportive! Highly highly recommend them!!! Bring on the contractors and furniture!! 🙌 we close next week!

✅holes are dug for soil testing to create drain field for bathrooms
✅septic contractor is booked
✅Electrical work is booked
✅pavement scheduled for June 20th
✅Landscaping scheduled for next week

Update:

🌸 roof is about 75% complete
🌸 next the flooring in bridal suite will be done, driveway is getting expanded 2nd week in June along with landscaping, electrical upgrades are in process and siding will be going up on the east side of the barn to make the barn climate controlled before furniture arrives!!

I can’t wait to get the tables and chairs and see the barn transform with the chandeliers!

Update:

🌸Barn roof is in the process of being painted black

🌸Landscaping will start in about 3 weeks

🌸we are putting siding up on the side of the barn where wood is and putting heat and air in the barn to make it climate controlled and be able to offer events for Christmas parties and winter weddings!

🌸fence rows are about 30% painted black, still work in progress (there are A LOT) of fence rows!

🌸Soil engineer is set to come back in about a week when our field is mowed to start the process for our bathrooms

🌸 driveway will be widened in June

🌸 furniture for barn and outdoor ceremony will be ordered mid June!

🌸flooring is going in bridal suite in 2 weeks
