Fiddler’s Resort is seeking Event Sales and Coordination Staff to add to our creative team for specialty events, weddings, activities and concert events at Fiddler’s Restaurant and Resort, The Chapel at the Landing and the Steinhatchee Landing Conference Center. This full time position will be task with promoting, selling, managing and coordinating weddings, corporate meetings and private events including shrimp boils, pig roast and other one off seasonal events plus coordination of annual events including Cray Cray in the Hatch Crawfish Festival, The Steinhatchee 7 Band Jam, The Grateful Getaway, the Annual Fiddler Crab Festival and other newly created events. The idea candidate will have 3-5 years experience in event management and be computer savvy with experience with Hotel Anywhere System, Triple Seat Event Management System, CAKE point of sale system, Basic AV Systems, Social Media and the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous hotel, private club, restaurant, event center and production experience is desired This position is part of our Guest Services team whose mission is to create positive guest experiences for all who come to stay and play at Fiddlers Resort Properties.
