One Take Studios Empower through movement & creativity! Dance, Martial Arts, Fitness,Entertainment & more for all ages

At One Take Studios we offer Dance Classes, Martial Arts Classes, and Entertainment. For our Dance class we offer Break Dance and an All Styles class witch consists of over six urban and Caribbean styles of dance such as Krump, Break Dance, Dance Hall, and more. Our Martial Arts program is mainly made up of Tae Kwon Do however we also offer some kickboxing, acrobatics, and self defense techniques

and much more. We also have Local DJs and Photographers ready to help make your next party fun and memorable. As of right now we teach afterschool programs in Arlington Public Schools and soon more locations.

One Take Studios is honored to be part of the Juste Debout - Page Officielle USA Qualifier, happening today, Sunday, December 8th, at Dock5, Washington, DC! By Words Beats & Life

From 12 PM to 8 PM, witness the nation’s top dancers go head-to-head for a chance to compete on the world stage.

✨ Four extraordinary teams of two will win an all-expenses-paid trip to Paris, France, to represent the USA at the Juste Debout Finals on March 2, 2025, at the iconic Accor Arena!

This event is open to all ages and families, so come and be part of the action.
