Tonight’s the night! Come on over to the McKinnon Community Center, 91 Old Mathis Hollow Road, Stewart. There will be an acoustic jam session, open to beginner and experienced musicians alike, a performance by Stringed Beats, a potluck supper, live music, cakewalk and more music. Good evening last night. Crowd was a little sparse and there were only 3 musicians after Stringed Beats, but the food was wonderful, conversation lively and music was awesome.

This Saturday is music night at the McKinnon Community Center. The evening starts with an Acoustic Jam session at around 4:00pm, followed by a performance by Stringed Beats at 5:30pm. A potluck supper is at 6:30 (bring a dish to share) then music by the area's most seasoned musicians. There is also a Cake Walk break at 8:00pm. Come join in the fun!

Come to McKinnon Community Center this Saturday for some good food, fellowship and awesome music! The afternoon starts with an acoustic jam session where all experience levels are welcome. Stringed Beats follows with their unique blend of folk, Irish and fun music. There is always a wonderful potluck following Stringed Beats, which is then followed by music by local musicians until everyone gets tired (with a break at 8:00pm for a cakewalk).

Music at McKinnon is happening this Saturday! Come early and join in the acoustic jam session and stay for potluck (bring something to share) and music all night. There is always a cakewalk at 8:00pm. Stringed Beats will not be there this month due to a prior commitment but are planning on being there in November.
