We seek customer service-minded individuals with prior customer service experience and/or dispatching experience to join our team!
We are currently looking for someone available to work weekends between the hours of 5:00am-5:00pm.
The responsibilities for this position include:
Answering phone calls;
Entering data correctly in a fast-paced environment;
Dispatching orders for Med City Taxi and Yellow Cab;
Assisting drivers for our company and with our sister companies;
Assisting in dispatching for our sister companies
Ability to multi-task
Requirements for the position include:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to type and use various software applications.
Able to use multiple sources information to provide solutions for our customers
Able to speak, write, and type in English
Able to read a map and use online mapping software.
A basic knowledge of Rochester and the surrounding area will help greatly when dispatching.
