Taught an awesome class tonight at Meridian Trchnology center.
Did Cajun Cookery tonight and had eight student and one of them took the class before and enjoyed it enough to take it again and she signed up for the Ancesyor Experience on 10/24
We made Ian Anderson’s Cheatin Catfish Jambalya, Seafood Gumbo Shrimp and Grits
And the Paul Purdhomme recipe Chicken Tchopalupoutis which consists of Blackened Chicken cutlets with Bearnaise sauce
They did a fantastic job keeping stewarding functions running seamlessly
The students did a great job with the menu
Kathryn was doing so well with the operation she didn’t get many photos of the finished product but got some good ones of the prep
