Taught an awesome class tonight at Meridian Trchnology center.
Did Cajun Cookery tonight and had eight student and one of them took the class before and enjoyed it enough to take it again and she signed up for the Ancesyor Experience on 10/24
We made Ian Anderson’s Cheatin Catfish Jambalya, Seafood Gumbo Shrimp and Grits
And the Paul Purdhomme recipe Chicken Tchopalupoutis which consists of Blackened Chicken cutlets with Bearnaise sauce
They did a fantastic job keeping stewarding functions running seamlessly
The students did a great job with the menu
Kathryn was doing so well with the operation she didn’t get many photos of the finished product but got some good ones of the prep
The Ancestor Experience is running 10/24

Had an awesome day with my wonderful wife, Kathryn Brandenburg helped to load the three ice sculptures then drove to Ada and help install the display at the Chicsshaw Medical Center in Ada
All went well and we went to Tishamingo to eat at Blake Sheldon’s restaurant Ole Red’s.
Which was underwhelming and overpriced to put it succinctly.
Overall it was a great day a great drive with great company.
Really looking forward to next Thursday when our delivery sojourn takes us to Tulsa at ORU to set up a holiday sculpture for their Holiday Party
