Transform your home into a buyer's dream with our Occupied Home Staging service! 🏡✨

We’ll start with a personalized walk-through, discussing strategies to enhance your home and make it irresistible to buyers. During this 2-hour visit, we'll assess each room and provide detailed recommendations on decluttering, furniture arrangement, organization, and optimizing your space.

Our fee is simple and based on the size of your home:

$150 for every 1,000 square feet.
Once we’ve provided your assessment, you can choose to complete the transformation yourself or hire us to help. If you decide to do it yourself, there’s no additional cost. If you’d like us to handle the staging, we charge a fee of $50 per hour to provide and arrange our beautiful home accessories.
