Celebrating my 3 month post-surgery and my appointment went well! I feel many changes, have overcome definitely the pain part, trying to adjust still to what is "too much", and yes my clothes & wardrobe will need a refresher. For too many years I have hid behind my figure in photos and too many sneaky ways as well. I can't wait to embrace this transformation more. My first run, my first 3-pointer playing my son in basketball & returning to work safely were my big ones these last couple weeks, it feels good to be moving more everyday!!!

Hello Students!

This weekend I sent over an updated November schedule. My news is this will be my last month at 5639 Memorial Ave.

For now, my AM SS Circuit classes will start their new location this week at (FUMC) First United Methodist Church in Stillwater. Other classes will continue as planned this month & in December relocate. We always say, "keep going" so yes, let's keep going!
