I made soup dumplings from scratch for the first time. My takeaway, go to the International Farmers Market and buy the dumpling flour. My dough didn’t quite get the consistency needed using all purpose flour so in turn, my pleats were off! However, the dumplings tasted absolutely AMAZING!
