His values are aligned with the core values of CFA. He teaches us to work together as a team, often pulling you aside to speak words of praise and tips to help us grow. He is always encouraging and enlightening, and nurturing. Sometimes telling us “Make Papa proud.” He is purpose driven and working for something bigger than ourselves. He makes you see things as a whole and not in part.

He communicates with guests treating and welcoming them like family. We learn from watching him and put forth our best effort to do the same. We believe our success is measured by our service to guests and each other.

It was on April 15, 1999, when the dream was realized, and the fruits of their labor began to bloom. There, by his side, his wife, his soulmate, “Mrs. Becky,” whom we also admire just as much.

Working in our BOH “Prep Station” is not only about safety and quality, but presentation. The presentation of our salads, wraps, catering trays, etc., shows attention to detail, and shows we care. It requires focus and concentration 😊. One of our “prep-ologists,” Alicia Avila, knows too well. She is focused on her assignment. Congratulations Avila, you are this week’s Thumbs Up Thursday celebrity!
Alicia has been a part of the family for two months. She loves the positive values we promote, the dedication to quality, and the care shown to our community, guests, and each other. Some of her favorite hobbies include baking, drawing, painting, and practicing yoga. Another favorite, our #1 Lunch Menu Item with extra pickle, substituting waffle fries for a kale salad, and our freshly made lemonade. Her life goals are to be healthy, happy and thrive. All while providing a positive impact to the Community. Words for her Team Members, “know yourself, know your worth.”

Congratulations Jaida Franklin! You are being celebrated for this week’s Fantastic Friday!

It has already been one year since Jaida joined the CFA family here at Eagle’s Landing. Jaida wanted to work with CFA because she wanted to be a part of its legacy of providing excellent customer service and great food. She enjoys her team members, the guests, and the food!
Jaida works in the Front of House and is often heard saying, “welcome to CFA, will you be dining in with us?” You can also find her taking orders in our drive-thru or delivering through EXPO. During her free time, Jaida enjoys singing, writing music and swimming. She is also the mother to her one-year-old son, Ajari. Her favorite CFA meal is the grilled chicken club, no cheese, with fries and our cool refreshing sweat tea. Jaida’s advice to her team members, “always keep a cheerful outlook because it will take you a long way.” That is right, Jaida! Thank you and we appreciate you.

A little over three months ago, Shakira joined our CFA Eagle’s Landing family. She feels the experience will give her the tools to advance in life and career and improve her leadership and collaborative skills. The fun, friendliness, and energetic atmosphere all while being supportive and kind to people is the perfect environment to learn. Currently, her favorite CFA meal is the grilled burrito with sausage added, creamy salsa and a granola parfait! She enjoys reading, traveling, and going to the gym. Her words of encouragement to team members, “believe in yourself and know that there is something inside of you greater than any obstacle you will face.” We appreciate you Shakira and glad you joined our Team!
