We have some delicious specials and some excellent entertainment this weekend at The Widow’s Tavern & Grille in Stockertown! For appetizers, we have PepperJack Nachos and Tuna Poke w/ Mango Sauce! For an entree, a Horseradish Crusted NY Strip w/ Red Wine Demi Glace & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes! And as always, “King” and “Queen” Cut Prime Rib w/ Au Jus & Horseradish Cream! “Happy Hour” is getting a little happier at Widow’s, with the addition of some new food & drink items to our menu! Red & White Sangria have been added to the drink list , and Korean Beef BBQ Spring Rolls, Fried Pickle Chips and Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites have been added to the food menu! And tonight we’re EXTRA happy, because Werner Sommer will be LIVE from 6-9pm! “Come on get happy” at the Widow’s Tavern & Grille’s “Happy Hour”, every week Tuesday-Friday from 4-6pm, with some great food, drinks and tunes!

What a night! Widow’s was packed last night like it hasn’t been since pre-Covid, and “Whiskey Mansion” was on fire! The good ol’ days have become the good NEW days, thanks to all of you! A special shout out to Traci, Matt, and “Whiskey Mansion”, you guys absolutely rocked the house. It was great seeing people packing our tiny place to the gills, and in the spirit of keeping that alive we’ll be continuing to book a full band once a month through all of 2023. Traci, thanks for re-opening this can of worms for us, in the very special way that only you can. We’re looking forward to many more of these incredibly fun Saturday nights! And once again, we just want to thank you all for coming out and having some fun with us at The Widow’s Tavern & Grille! We’ll see you soon for some great food, drinks and tunes!

The tent is up and we’re ready to celebrate our 10th Anniversary THIS SUNDAY August 26th! The weather looks GREAT and so does the line-up! Truth & Soul from 2-5, Redz Vision from 6-9! Drinks start flowing and the grill starts grilling at noon! 5$ cover, cash bar & food, beer truck, giveaways, 50/50 raffles, quoits, corn-hole and the dunk tank! It’s always a great time! Come out to The Widow’s Tavern & Grille and help us celebrate our 10th birthday!

Our Story

The Widow's Tavern & Grille offers a variety of old and new traditional American cuisine, a nice selection of wines, craft beers, martinis & mixed drinks, in a fun environment for everyone! Booth seating and backroom seating are available for a more private traditional restaurant experience. The bar area and pub room provide a nice atmosphere to let loose and meet some new friends, have a cocktail or two, listen to some music or catch the game. Before long, you’ll be one of our many regulars! We serve everything from burgers to dinner entrees, some of the finest She Crab soup to ever touch a spoon, wraps, sandwiches, over 15 appetizers, steaks and salads.
