Had a wonderful time providing appetizers for this lovely couple at their “King of the Jungle” baby shower.

Appetizer menu: mini grilled chicken skewers with peppers. Cucumber stuffed with smoked salmon, cream cheese, cilantro, topped with shredded red peppers. Fresh veggie cups with homemade ranch and ceviche with corn tortilla chips.
