What's happening 🤔???
1. Next week, we start the NEW CEREMONY SPACE 🤩! Are you ready for it?
2. Our annual Expo will be on February 2nd from 11am to 3pm! Can't wait to see all our new brides this year!!! And meet new ones!
3. Moving and remodeling the backyard of the venue with a brand new firepit area and lawn for games!!!
4. Plus over 80 weddings already booked with so many more to come! I can't wait to see all the beautiful brides and grooms!! 🥂

It's the little details and the simple touches that made the Coombs wedding so magical✨️! The venue in June is so beautiful. The light shining through the big wall of windows, with lush green trees and a lakeview in the background, is just stunning 😍!!

Soooo how many chairs do fit on the main floor comfortably? 🤔
This is literally a question I get asked frequently! Honestly, it's a hard question to answer.
The venue itself can hold up to 300 guests, but that includes our upstairs seating as well! There are so many factors and preferences about how you set up your wedding day! Normally, I tell guests for an indoor wedding with an isle, arch, tables already decorated under the bump outs, etc..., roughly 160 to 170 chairs comfortably. But this can vary greatly depending on how wide you want the isle, how closely you want your guests to sit, how wide you want the space between chair isles for guests to walk, how large your wedding party upfront will be, which arch you choose, where the cake table will be, if there will be a DJ, and so many more factors!
🤩 Today's wedding was able to fit 192 chairs on the main floor! They didn't want some of the guests to sit at their tables upstairs for the ceremony, so they made it work all on the main floor!

✨️We've been updating the backyard of the "Tonight's the Night" cabin!!! No, it's not finished yet, but...
Did you know we couldn't really grow grass due to the shade trees not allowing enough sun exposure. I couldn't stand all the dirt. So we decided it needed a glow up!!
Here's what we've done so far:
📍Pulled weeds + cleaned up
📍Built a new fire pit
📍Added rock + mulch
📍Bought new Adirondack chairs
Still to do...
🚿Power wash the fence + Patio
🪴Plant some shrubs
🪻Fill the planters with flowers

We have so many new projects going on at The Venue AND I'm obsessed with this one!
This side of the venue is sooo beautiful but was lacking ✨️ lighting at night. Now we have these beautiful twinkle lights and gorgeous planters to accent this patio! It's going to be great for rehearsal dinners on warm nights, late night cocktail hours, outdoor games in the evenings, and so much more!
