I have an event coming up that needs an extra touch! It’s for a man’s appreciation and just any centerpiece would not do! So I saw something similar on Pinterest and decided to make them myself with a little extra BLING!!

First I gathered the materials…wood pieces measuring 6”, 9” and 12” (I used my daddy’s table saw to cut some) mirrors, tea light candle holders, glue and my special “BLING”!!! Tell me what you think.

I am EXTREMELY excited to share what I think is the BEST event design of my career!!!

The client came to me with a vision and immediately I went to work!!! When she said she imagined a “room within a room” my first idea was… TENTS!!!
As an Event Planner you have all kinds of vendors to do parts of the design that you don’t do yourself! I called my friend “MEY” at Good Times Atlanta Rentals. After that we had Dale to come in and design the drapery throughout the double tents!! (I did the backdrop behind the head table) I called on my friend Philisia to make the beautiful centerpiece flowers!! Sister King the Church decorator added the matching flowers in vases throughout the venue!
It was very hard work but much fun collaborating with client on the details!

Client did all the cooking of a delicious and outstanding menu to complete a well deserved event honoring our First Lady’s Ordination!!!

Bless The Occasion was honored to travel to Las Vegas to set the stage for a 60th Birthday Celebration!!! Special gratitude to Enid Britten, you are my Ride or Die SIDE KICK!!! I said “Let’s” and You said “GO”!!! With you there is no limits to where Bless The Occasion will go!!!!

Well everyone can’t celebrate during warm and beautiful weather!!! So when your life must continue during winter months… Let Bless The Occasion make your day “SUNNY AND BRIGHT”!!!
Today we are having a Baby Shower and the client has chosen the package that allows us to set up all linens,  (tablecloths chair covers and more) they will come in and complete the remaining decorations (centerpieces etc.)

We are here 365 days a year waiting to BLESS THE OCCASION!!!

The “Sneaker Ball” was Saturday… afterwards we had to take EVERYTHING down to prepare for a Sunday BABY SHOWER….

Some church members helped! Special thanks to Pierre (Gerika’s boyfriend) and then came Enid to the rescue…..

We just did the linen and setup!! Clients came in and did the banner, centerpieces and balloons!!!

Bless The Occasion is doing it again!!! Baby Showers are our favorite thing to do!!!

This is the baby shower package where we do the set up, we design all linens “tables and chairs” with food and gift table and backdrop… The client brings in the centerpieces!!!

Makes me SO happy to see my clients 😀 SMILE !!!
