WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

1. We provide the nightclub, lights, and bluetooth speaker - any add ons will be a separate charge.

2. inspection of equipment is done with the renter before and after the party. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT OR CLUB - EVEN IF IT WASN'T YOU THAT DAMAGED IT.

3. There is liability waivers that will be signed before your party. Party On Demand LLC and its Owners are not responsible for any injury to the renter or anyone else that attends any of Party On Demand LLC events.

3. Deposit is due at booking.The rest of the payment is due 3 days before the date of your party!! You will be invoiced for the deposit upon booking. Any party canceled within 3 days of party date WILL NOT receive their deposit back. Parties canceled more than 3 days from their party will be refunded in full.

4. We do charge a travel fee of $50 that will be added to the total if your party is more than 35 miles away from our home base in Stonewall.

6. We will arrived and set up your party and add ons and once your done we will arrive either same night or next day for pick up.

7. Special pricing will apply during the week days.

8. We reserve the right to cancel your party at anytime - In the event of bad weather we will not set up club or equipment and will give you the option to reschedule your party another day or get a refund.
