Our company has an opportunity for a dependable, Office Coordinator to join our team. The office coordinator position is for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, and friendly. The primary purpose is to provide clerical support to the office staff and production team. Employee must work in a positive and respectful manner with fellow employees and customers.

Experience:
• Administrative skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, transfer callers as appropriate
• Greet customers and visitors to the office, ensure guests are connected with the right office personnel
• Assist with phone screening of potential candidates
• Monitor, order, and replenish inventory for office, bathrooms, production, and break room supplies
• Monitor customer service and info emails
• File and sorting incoming mail/packages
• File and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
• Order repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
• Provide support to production when needed
• Assist with floral shipments when needed
• Assist with administrative projects such as holiday gift preparation and holiday packet development
• Order, prep, and take down catering for production team when needed
• Water office plants as needed
