Special Event Center SYB is an all occasion party center! We specialize in weddings, banquets, fundraisers and more.
Our main ballroom combined with our adjoining smaller banquet room will seat up to 400 guests. From a small intimate gathering to a large elegant affair, SYB is the place to be!

Friday 10/27, pick up at 6:15. The menu is Herb chicken, ham, beef stroganoff, green beans, and mashed potatoes.
Saturday 10/28, pick up is 6. The menu is Beef marsala, roasted red potatoes, chicken piccata, and green bean casserole.

Did you know that SYB can host not only your reception but your wedding ceremony, as well? Our Hudson room is a great space for having your ceremony before the party begins!

SYB is a great place to host graduation parties, birthday parties, showers, and many other types of celebrations!
You can rent our Hudson room for a smaller group of people or rent our Ballroom for those larger parties. With both, all of the tables and chairs will be set up however you choose! You can also add-on features for an additional cost to take some of the planning/prepping off your plate!
Feel free to call or email for a tour to see our beautiful rooms with new carpet and flooring, we would love to host your next celebration!

This weekend we have the following available:
Saturday, April 29th - Pick-up at 7pm:
Chicken marsala, penne marinara, roasted red potatoes, and green beans.
Sunday, April 30th- Pick-up at 3:45pm:
Chicken cordon bleu, sausage and peppers, roasted red potatoes, and green bean casserole.

**Tip of the Week:
To make sure the day of goes smoothly, delegate tasks to important and reliable people in your family/friends/crew. These people don't even have to be in the "bridal party" but maybe those who you would like to have a part in the big day. These tasks can be things like picking up breakfast, checking on the decorations at the hall, running any last minute errands, helping with kids. Many people want to be helpful on the day of and to avoid being overwhelmed, plan ahead for how people can help!

On Friday 4/14, the menu is herb chicken, penne pasta, carrots, and red skin potatoes. This is ready for pick up at 6:15pm.
On Saturday 4/15, the menu is pork loin w/gravy, penne w/marinara, mashed potatoes, and carrots. This is ready for pick up at 5pm.

SYB Hall is not just a great place for your wedding reception but also for banquets, meetings, and fundraisers. We have special pricing for non-profit organizations as well as the ability to rent both our Hudson room and our ballroom depending on your needs. There are many add-ons that are available when booking just a room rental.

The Stow FOPA Lodge #66 hosted their event at SYB Hall earlier in March! Thank you for using our venue for your event.
If you check out our carpet in these pictures, you'll notice that it could probably use an update. SO, we did just that! Both our carpet and tiling was redone over the past couple of weeks. We are so excited for the new look!
Our fall and winter availability is going quickly. We are also booking for 2024! Call our hall manager, Lori Currie, at (330)730-8214 to schedule a tour and see all of the great things we can offer for your next event.

SYB Hall is a great place for all occasions! With a ballroom that holds over 300 guests, SYB can accommodate many of your needs whether it be for a wedding, banquet, fundraiser, etc. An additional bonus is our newly updated paint and flooring (both carpet and tile).
Thank you to Walsh Jesuit school for hosting their Swim & Dive banquet at the hall. It's so exciting to have many different events at our center!

Hello couples!! This week our tasting is on Saturday at 7:45 and consists of herbed chicken, meat lasagna, green bean almandine, and red skinned potatoes. Please sign your name below, pull to the end of the sidewalk in the back, call 330-730-8214 at 7:45, and we will bring the tasting to your car. My tip of the week is to allow your DJ to guide your music choices. They've been at their profession a long time, and know what gets those feet moving (if you have a seasoned DJ)! Have a great week!!
