❤ One of the yearly local events I'm involved with is the Community Day held by the Abundant Life Church in Birdsboro, PA.

This year I prepared and cooked 420lb of boneless pork shoulders in just under 24HRS for the event. A new personal record. I even had a new second rack fabricated for my big smoker this year to accommodate the volume. Ended up being 52 pork shoulders in total.🔥

It's a hobby turned into obsession. I started exporing the kitchen in my fathers restaurant when I was around 8yo and fell in love with making delicious foods. I specialize in whole roasted animals and BBQ. However, I’m always trying to learn new cusines and work with unfamiliar ingredients to expand my skills and prepare and serve different foods outside my comfort zone.

You can hire me on the weekends or for private events to make your next event special and one people will talk about!
