Guests in attendance enjoyed a buffet consisting of Smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Cowboy Baked Beans, creamy housemade Mac n Cheese and our Bowtie Pasta Salad! For Appetizers, the NEWLYWEDS chose our stuffed Jalapeño Poppers and a Meat Cheese and Crackers Display to start off the evening, with ice cold Sweet Tea and Lemonade as the drinks of choice. - NEW OWNERSHIP -
I want to tell you all about some amazing changes here at Bad Axe! I founded the company in 2014 and we've met & fed a LOT of wonderful people along the way. In December of 2023, our first grandchild was born and Beth and I instantly fell head over heels for him! We decided it was time for a change. So we bought a home in Tennessee near both of our sons & their families. In March of 2024, Chef Brian (who has been running Bad Axe since 2017) took over the reins & became the NEW OWNER of Bad Axe BBQ! We want to thank all of our friends & family that have supported us all the years & also wish much success to Chef Brian & the Bad Axe Crew. We could not have made it to where we are today, or continue to be successful, without all of your support!
