Q: What are your bar packages?
A: You provide the alcohol and mixers. We provide the bartenders, ice, cups and napkins. We will determine how many bartenders are needed for your event guest count, we will supply the materials necessary for serving, and we will inventory your materials in and out and get them prepped to serve your guests.

Our bar is fully stocked with equipment to best serve you including underbar refrigeration that fits 87.5 cases of cans. We’ll do the math for you, that’s 2,100 cans chilled and ready to be served to your guests!🍻

Timeline creation tips from us to you. Stumped on what details you should factor into your wedding day timeline? Keep reading, we’re here to help!

• Consider how many people will be getting hair and makeup done, how many stylists you have, and when you need to be ready by. 💄💅🏼
• What pictures will you take pre-ceremony and what pictures will you take post-ceremony. Make sure you allow time for both. 📸
• How long will your ceremony be? 🕐
• Factor in day of travel between hotel, salon and venue. Factor in travel between ceremony to reception if in different locations. 🚗
• Consider details such as length of dinner, speeches, dances, etc. 🍽️🎶
• Don’t forget about sunset. You’ll want to get outside to soak in golden hour with your photographer. ☀️

Most importantly, don’t forget that you don’t need to reinvent the wheel! Your coordinator, hair and makeup team, and photographer can provide helpful insight into creating your timeline.

Q: Do you allow food trucks?
A: Absolutely! We are a food truck friendly venue. We have recently been getting this question a lot and we love unique additions to your event. Whether you want a mobile dessert bar or late night tacos, you can have them at Centennial Farm. With space just outside of our main entrance, food trucks or mobile trailers can be easily accessed by guests during your event.
