• Developing the structure of the ceremony confirming with the officiant and all other vendors.

• Developing Floor Plans and seating arrangements.
• Coordinating wedding design and theme with decorator. Vendors.
• Scheduling and attending meetings to hire appropriate vendors.
• Negotiating and Finalizing contracts with approval of Bride.
• Handling all communication with vendors throughout the planning process and wedding day. Assist with financial decision making.
• Provide updated budget throughout planning process. Organizing Bridal Party.
• Contacting Bridal party and making them aware of obligations and schedules. Timelines and Schedules.
