When the venue changes 40 hours out and you have to replan your table designs 🙈 My original plan was two long tables with several tables pushed together for each long table. Ended up with some rectangle tables, some pushed together and some rounds! Our rentals went the wrong venue first so we didn’t even get to use most of them because they came late.

Sometimes you just have to adapt! But so happy with how it all came out. We have these super cute rattan chargers available to rent, btw!

Jupiter civic center is such a gem of a little venue, old Florida vibes but on the beach! I love that Jupiter beach isn’t covered in high rises and still remains true to Florida. Such an awesome spot for a wedding!

As a florist, you know I had to go wild with color and all the flowers for my wedding. I wanted all the fun, wild, meadow vibes. It was so fun having full creative freedom. However, I can now fully say I don’t recommend doing your own flowers for your wedding unless you’re a florist. I think I had less than 10 hours of sleep in the 3 days leading up to my wedding and I worked my butt off making my floral dreams come true. Our original venue canceled us less than 48 hours out and Colab Kitchen saved the day and I think things came out better than our original plan. But dang if this wasn’t my job I would’ve had a breakdown and definitely wouldn’t have been able to pull this off. We had several people help us set up the day before and it was still so much work!

PSA to my current brides and new inquiries: summers are my slow months with weddings so I try to get in my vacation time when possible. My fiancé and I try to spend as much time as possible in the remote areas of the Bahamas, which means no cell service or internet. Honestly just having any power is hit or miss where we stay lol with that being said, my responses are much slower than usual! But if you haven’t heard back from me in over 2 weeks, please reach back out as I probably didn’t see your email or it went to spam 🤍
