k is the brainchild of Chef Lumberjack Cash- The Taco Boss. What started with a passion for grilling at backyard parties turned into an idea to takes the taste and flavors you can create at home, brought to the store front. After searching for many years to find a taco better than his, he decided to open this business. Following that he became a menu and restaurant consultant for all styles of food. After three years of constructions and set backs, Lumberjack's Taco Shack opened January 4,2016. Within one year of being open we have won four awards, opened a second location in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, and we will be completing our first brick and mortar location in the spring of 2017. Currently we are the house food truck at Club Red Mesa Music Theater and host Taco Tuesdays at Boondocks Patio Bar and Grill in Old Town Scottsdale,AZ.
