Okay so hear me out I just be throwing stuff on the counter and coming up with stuff.

This is white rice with sautéed onions, garlic and 🌿 parsley. Tossed in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and teriyaki (very minimal, couple little drops). Then I added my shrimp with my Jamaican jerk bbq sauce, mixed it all together and babbbyyyy those flavors were bussin’…. I ended up frying up some plantains and asparagus cooked to perfection 👩🏽‍🍳😚🤌🏽

Babyyyyyy Focused is an understatement 😂😂😂🤭💪🏽👌🏽🫶🏼🥰 as you can see I was concentrating too hard on that lasagna prep.: this is meatless with chorizo crumbles and plant based beef sub, tomatoes, spicy marinara sauce, diced onions, garlic, seasonings, of course lasagna noodles a little ricotta, parsley, feta & mixed cheeses. When I tell you that I made this pan last night and it’s only a few pieces left this morning 🥰👌🏽

I always give free consultations… but it’s really unfortunate and inconsiderate when you spend time creating a menu, back and forth texting, setting up time, etc. for someone to just stop responding. As a small business owner, full time mother and employee whose time is already limited it’s not okay to waste people’s time so just try to be sure about what u desire before reaching out to a fellow business owner.

Simple meal and 20 minute recipes:

Jammin jerk shrimp box (margaritaville brand)
Sylvia’s black eyed peas and rice (canned)
Sylvia’s cabbage (canned)

1. Sauté shrimp according to directions on the box
2. Toss in your rice after about 5 mins of cooking and let simmer on low
3. Heat cabbage in a separate pot for about 5-6 mins
4. I placed cabbage in the bowl first, then rice and peas mixture with the shrimp. I didn’t add any sauce or seasoning as the seasonings from the cans and jerk shrimp were more than enough, I even had leftovers 🤤🤤🤗

This is a great meal to throw together last minute, filled with flavors and delicious for my pescatarian or seafood lovers!!! Don’t want jerk shrimp try there scampi shrimp 👌🏽

Due to the overwhelming messages and texts regarding my catering services where I take the time to give a consultation, check the calendar, reach out to my team and then I find out that it’s some type scam or way for someone to try and make money off thinking I don’t know how contracts or payments work is very disheartening to a small business owner who isn’t in the business of getting over.
