Today has been a very busy day in our catering kitchen. Today’s holiday meal includes Bacon Wrapped Grilled Pork Chops, Grilled Chicken with bacon and parmesan, layered lettuce salad, hashbrown potato casserole, green bean casserole, dinner rolls, and dessert ~ we served our homemade apple cobbler, loaded nut free brownies and made from scratch red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting over all 3 shifts

The Christmas Luncheon at Scovill Banquet Center is always a lot of fun for our senior citizens. Dana and her crew do a fabulous job and we love working with them and visiting with all of the wonderful guests who attend. Holiday Bingo happening after lunch!
