Introducing our latest, and probably the proudest collab we have done so far! 🦐🩵🐶

When we chose to use local pinks for our Ceviches we were faced with the challenge of what to do with the all the shells, and heads after peeling and deveining our shrimp, its a big chunk of waste, and creating or producing items that are going to sell well with our concept, and not be too complicated to add onto our travels is definitely difficult when working with seafood, at the end most of our shells were going in the trash… that is why we have join forces with our beautiful friend from to transform our waste into delicious doggy treats! 😍

On our second season with Key West Artisan Market !!!
We are locals from Little Torch Key MM 23, our seafood is all locally outsourced in Cudjoe, Key, with the exception of Conch which we import from the Bahamas, our produce comes from Homestead, Fl, all organic, and our Chef mixes Cevichitos and other seafood delights fresh in front of you.
We are thankful and proud to bring you our Ceviches & Tapas Bar concept, available in Thursdays & Sundays (Oct.-April)
