We have been long time members of USAA and I was in an accident involving two wild boars on my way to work on May 14, 2024. At the time of the accident it was determined that the insurance that was on my car was for my dad’s 2012 Kia Sorrento, I drive a 2014 Kia Sorrento. We keep getting shuffled around and no one higher up will discuss this with my father and I. My dad has been a member for over 60 years and I have been a member for 29 years. This is very frustrating and I need my car to get to work. I paid for insurance and they won’t even refund the money for the wrong car. The adjuster won’t return our calls, if we call to speak to someone else, we get pushed onto someone else then to someone else until they say they can’t help us… WELL WHO can? Someone at USAA has to, right. I came back to USAA, I’m beginning to wonder if I made a mistake… I have a car I can’t drive, or maybe that’s why USAA is ignoring me. They’re just trying to save money?
