✨ Ring in the New Year with an effortless crowd-pleaser! ✨

This Baked Raspberry Brie is the perfect NYE appetizer—simple, elegant, and absolutely delicious. 🧀🍇 Pair it with your favorite crackers and watch it disappear in minutes!

Ingredients:

Brie Cheese
1/3 cup Raspberry Preserves
1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Place unwrapped brie on a lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ Spread raspberry preserves on top.
4️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh raspberries

Serve warm with crackers.

Happy National Espresso Day! ☕️✨ Celebrate with our rich and creamy Espresso Mousse – perfect for coffee lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike. Here’s how to make this dreamy treat at home:

Espresso Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions:

Whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the cooled espresso and vanilla extract.
Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Spoon into serving cups and chill for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder, and enjoy!
