How to Get Involved
𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥: Buy an animal and resell it to a local packer. The difference between the purchase and resale price supports the 4-H/FFA sale.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞: Buy an animal for home use and indicate where it should be butchered.
𝐍𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭—Livestock Auction Association members can bid on your behalf. For details, contact the Livestock Auction Association or Extension Office.

We wanted to give a shout out to The Mine City Catering Co. here in Baker. They catered our banquet for us Saturday evening and a better crew you could not have asked for, nor food. The meat was to die for, the green beans were the talk of the event, and attendees snuck out strawberry cake because it was so good.

We very much appreciated their time and commitment to our event, the timeliness of service, the quality of the meal and the kindness they showed to everyone at the event. If you're looking for a top notched outfit to cater an event for you, this is one of them.

The barn can accommodate an indoor ceremony, indoor reception and 220 guests!

UPDATE - 4:50pm: Baker will play Junction City tomorrow at 5:45pm for the championship. This is the Bulldog boys first championship appearance since they won it all in 2007.

OSAA 4A BOYS BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT - SEMIFINALS

FOREST GROVE - No. 4 Baker knocks off No. 1 Cascade 74-54 to advance to the state championship.

The Bulldogs play the winner of Junction City/Marist tomorrow night for the state title.

FOREST GROVE - No. 4 Baker pummels No. 5 Philomath 51-30 to advance to the 4A Boys semifinals.

The Bulldogs will play No. 1 Cascade tomorrow for a chance to advance to the championship.
