It’s Bridal Takeover Month!

As a Wedding Coordinator, I take all of the stress, context, and labor off of my clients 90 days from their wedding day.

🤍 contact all of the wedding party and have them contact us for all needs & issues, big or small, instead of my couple (only contact the couple with encouragement).

🤍contact all the vendors and convey that I’m now the point of contact (the couple makes the first introduction so that everyone is in expectation of the TAKEOVER).

🤍 Review Contracts documenting final requirements, which allows me to assign duties to the hosts/hostesses that will safeguard the return of deposits if applicable and meet the vendor requirements at the end of the wedding.

🤍 Prepare Final Package; musician listing, program order, wedding party timeline, photography list, etc.
