Join Leigh Ann Root (SYC), Suzy Easterling-Wood (From Three to One), and Tia Savage (From the Roots Life Coaching) for a full day of yoga sessions, journaling, goal setting, vision boarding, breathwork, sound bath with Studio 34, meditation, creativity, and connection at The Livery in Sunapee Harbor. You’ll fill your 2025 Self-Care ‘Tool Box’ with skills and a foundation for the beautiful and fulfilling year ahead. A light breakfast, day-long snacks, and lunch are included.

Sunapee Yoga Company is partnering with Studio 34 on Wednesday, December 11th. Flow and Glow Yoga will be from 5:30 to 6:30, followed by a 20-minute sound bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience in which individuals are bathed in sounds produced by various instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. These vibrations promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release, creating a tranquil environment for self-discovery and healing. The frequencies help to balance energy, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

It’ll be $25.00 per person. Cash/Check or Venmo.
Class size will be limited to 40 people.

In this week’s Rental Spotlight, local artist, Sharon Parsons, rented The Livery and ran a Christmas version of our popular Painted Barn Quilt Class. Everyone got in the holiday spirit as they created beautiful barn board quilts to add to their holiday decor.

The SHA is raffling off this gorgeous quilt donated by Sunapee quilter, Deborah Coffin to benefit The Livery. Monies raised will be used to purchase furniture (long on the “wish list”) that will be greatly appreciated by all who meet in or rent the Carriage Shed.

Think there’s nothing to do when the weather turns cold? Don’t whine—there’s always wine

Spend a fun evening at The Livery learning about and tasting various wines from around the world.

Enjoy a guided, interactive wine tasting in our beautiful Main Hall. Our wine presenter will guide you through 6 different wines. He will offer insight into the wine, wine making process and vineyards. Each wine will be accompanied by a small appetizer that pairs well with the individual wine. We’ll finish the evening with a delicious dessert.

When: Saturday, January 25th from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Cost: $50/person

Participants must be age 21 or older.
Advance tickets are required and seating is limited

Annual Empty Bowl Dinner Concert - November 7th ~ 6:00 pm

Tickets are $30/person and include a full meal, a handmade artisan bowl, and admission to the concert. (Tickets must be purchased by November 5th.)

This event is organized by Sunapee Middle High School Service Club. All proceeds go to the Sunapee Food Pantry
