Mayan Kitchen is a staple restaurant in Sunnyvale that aims to provide their guests a unique cultural experience while serving you authentic Mayan cuisine. Their head chef has been working diligently over the year to craft unique and flavorful new plant-based menu offerings.
Be some of the first to sample 6 of their new mouthwatering menu items! We hope to see you at this new and exclusive plant-based menu launch and social event. Registration is required.
The menu (sample portions):
Sesamia Cauliflower - cauliflower with roasted sesame & pumpkin sauce, roasted veggies, and blue corn polenta cakes
Soul Fu - Braised tomatoes sauce, tofu, plantains, roasted veggies, jasmine & quinoa rice.
Jicama Ceviche - Corn, jicama, tomatoes, Beets, and homemade chips.
Beet Carpaccio - Beetroot, mix greens, and fresh mint vinaigrette.
Grilled Warm Napa Cabbage - Napa cabbage, crunchy mix, tea leaf dressing, pomegranate glaze, mint, and Japanese chips.
Relleno de Plantano - stuffed with black beans and topped with whipped coconut cream
Meal samples for all the 5 dishes and 1 dessert listed above are included with each ticket. Drinks are not included. All ticket fees go directly to the restaurant to cover labor and ingredient costs.
