Cold sparks 101: Cold sparkler machines use a powder made up of titanium and zirconium to create the glowing sparks effect. Are they safe? Cold sparklers are very safe and they burn cold! You can actually put your hand over the spark and touch it! These are a REALLY cool touch to add to your first dance!
