We were in Wickenburg Arizona this weekend, AWESOME EVENT!!!

Thank you to the town of Wkickenburg, they put on an awesome event and AZ BBq Mike! He always puts on great events!

Reserve Grand Champion!!

We finished 3rd in chicken, 2nd in ribs, 3rd in Brisket, 2nd in pork, and 2nd in people’s choice!

Best part is the feedback from the people and we had the best overall results in every category and the part that is the best it was 100% our own in house rubs and sauces! We have worked hard to get them dialed in and the feedback from over 800 attendees was excellent!! also our own hand build smoker (The Party Barge, Odin)

Fun weekend with great people!

I do a LOT of travelling this time of year and that means that I get to try all the flavors that make for a standout Christmas party. I recently had the great good fortune to sample FAT OX BBQ, and l have to say -- and this is coming from someone whose favorite food is COOKIES!! -- Christmas never tasted so good! I also want to let you all know that the preceeding was my own reaction to great food and was wholly spontaneous and unsolicited by anything other than my satisfied taste buds.
