✏️ Portraits are drawn/painted with watercolors on a 5x7 watercolor paper
✏️You can send them through a direct message
✏️ Make sure I can see their faces
✏️ If there are any hobbies or interests that will make it more personal, let me know! It’s the little details that make them fun!
✏️ If you’re local, I will gladly deliver it to you in person
✏️ If you’re out of state please provide me with your address

I made this desert mural for my friend’s John and Jennie son Albert. We all agreed the coyote was not the right look for a toddlers room, and that’s a-okay with me! Thank you for the great opportunity and it’s always fun seeing the boys 🌵✨💛

I’ll be starting a new way of pricing my Murals so there is no confusion and no surprise costs at the end. This will help you out too so you can see if my price fits your budget.
✏️I now charge by square foot. Price is set at $35/ square foot. This includes up to 3 revisions. If more are needed, cost will be discussed at that time.
🖌There is a job minimum of $150. I require a non refundable deposit up front. I am willing to negotiate a price but will start at my job minimum price.

Hey everyone!
It’s been awhile, I was busy with distant teaching, small projects and keeping my sanity, Haha. School is officially out and it’s time for summer projects.

I started this at the end of February. Shortly after that, all hell broke lose! 😆. Here is what I’ve done so far. This is a a mural of Disney World based in Miami with a few changes to make it personal for the client. Same house as the Tokyo and Star Wars murals.

After this one is done, I’ve got a backyard mural to start, another bedroom mural and a few side projects.

Another mural in the books. This one was inspired by the streets of Tokyo🏯⛩🎡🐉 and Tokyo Disney. I designed it special for my best customer😉, Lisa’s oldest daughter. Same house as the Star Wars mural. It took me about 18 hours to finish! Next up, Miami🌴

❤️$20/ kid 11x14 canvas.
🧡$35/ adult 12x16 canvas

💛You pick the subject, I will create the example and teach everyone how to paint it step by step in the comfort of your home.
💚Drawing/Painting typically takes 1.5-2 hours+30minutes before and after for set up and clean up
💙All paint supplies included, you just provide the location, tables and chairs
💜Minimum of 5 painters,

I also do commissioned paintings/drawings and murals.

Star Wars!! I finished it about a month and a half ago. The stars all glow in the dark, (8 coats of glow in the dark 😳🤪)

I was told by a fellow to make an introduction to welcome any new followers. Here we go!
Hey there! I’m Sarah, a full time elementary art teacher and artist. I have a long time boyfriend who I love to explore the desert with. I always knew I wanted to be an artist when I was a kid. I enjoyed drawing people, even at a young age. I remember my dad being my model all the time, he is so fun to draw. I’ve come a long way since then and I continue to grow creatively each day. I’m very thankful for the people I have met and the opportunities I’ve been given. Thank you universe!

My favorite ongoing project, Lisa Waddell 1970 airstream.

After I had the desert painted I had the idea of airbrushing the sky. So my grandma and I masked off the desert and I started to learn how to use my new airbrush. It’s SO awesome!!! I want to airbrush everything! Although it tends to be sensitive to certain colors and I have to take it apart to clean it every 2-3 color changes I still love it. I am so thankful Lisa has trusted my creativity with such a beautiful vessel! Desert is done and onto Sedona side.

Finishing off the year with a ton of ART!!!
The airstream is an ongoing project that Has been incredibly fun. Then some commissioned pet portraits for a dear friend, Sarah Hauan. My uncle Jeff and aunt Tina Houston Rottweiler, Charlie and my cousin Zack’s dog, Benny.

Finally, another commissioned piece that I had ssooooo much fun working on for Amanda Duncan. Her only request was to keep it black and white. I chose my absolute favorite medium, graphite on watercolor paper. It reminded me why I started drawing in the first place years ago.
I love doing commissions for people. Getting to recreate an image someone holds close to their heart will always be my favorite ❤️

I started this adventure 1 year ago and it’s finally here. I illustrated my first children’s book with the wonderful local author Stephanie Howard! We worked our butts off to get it done and printed in time for the holidays and I am so happy that I can finally share this with everyone!
This book and a pair of denim overalls will make the perfect gift 😉

Such a colorful week! I made the world and cactus for a dear friend, Lisa Waddell. It’s tissue paper squares on contact paper. When hung in the window, they look just like stained glass! I love them!

Meanwhile, in the art room....we’ve been using my new favorite drawing tool, bingo daubers! The kiddos drew close up flowers using the dauber and started to add color using chalk pastels! I wish I would’ve gotten pictures of their messy hands. They had so much fun creating on the floor too. We will finish up next week! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
