Yes, it is true! Joe and Marge are retiring! This is the first offering of this on-going family-owned business located in the quaint town of Surry, Virginia. Joe and Marge purchased the property in 1994 and built this into a successful greenhouse and floral business. Now they want to give someone else an opportunity to carry on this much-loved and profitable business. The property consists of four parcels, a total of 1.67+/- acres with a floral shop, greenhouse, warehouse, and parking area. The inventory and fixtures are included in the sale.
