I love dreaming up content for editorials like this vintage meets modern countryside vision. I styled the bride in a modern dress and paired it with a boater hat complete with Shellie Pomeroy•Silk & Willow] ribbon and a custom floral covered parasol to achieve the look.

In case you were wondering what I’ve been up to lately…

AbR is offering a turnkey twist on the traditional, styled shoots. I’m so channeling my joy for design into one-of-a kind, full service, quarterly editorial content days for photographers and videographers. Each quarter’s curation will have a theme reflective of current event trends and AbR’s own unique style all while highlighting raw, hidden talents across the industry. These shoots are open to multiple photographers and videographers. Participants will leave the shoot armed with new contacts, plenty of content, portfolio material, and the opportunity to be featured in wedding magazines, industry articles, and fine art features.

I can’t believe it’s been a week since AbR’s first styled shoot of the year. The pictures coming back are blowing my mind. Such an incredible group of creatives showcasing their skills and services.

It’s very rare for me to be really proud of myself. I try to stay humble and grateful for everything that I’ve been afforded in life. I know not to take anything for granted and to cherish moments and soak in experiences. On Tuesday, I was able to do all that plus be proud of myself and all the amazing vendors who collaborated and contributed to the first AbR styled shoot of 2022.

Having only officially been doing florals for less than two years, I was taken aback and may or may not (totally did) shed a tear when I saw Kim|ATL Wedding Photographer] post this picture in her story yesterday. I made this. I created a beautiful fine art bouquet for this Italian inspired editorial I dreamt up months ago. My vision. My hard work. My art. It was in front of me in all its beauty.

I cannot express the immense gratitude I have for this cherry picked group of rockstar vendors I get to call friends. Thank you for believing in my vision and executing it to perfection.

Spring is so fun because there are sooooo many flowers to choose from and you can create amazing color palettes with all the amazing blooms. Here are two of my favorites. The first is more neutral tones and the second is pastel yellows (think butter colors!). Which one is your favorite?

My new obsession is film photography. It’s soft, pure, authentic, elegant and captures colors beautifully. Photographers that include film in their packages are truly delivering pieces of art. Each picture is taken thoughtfully and intentionally and has almost a raw emotional feel to it.

Looking for a real couple that is available Tuesday March 29th for a romantic fine art editorial at Montaluce Winery.

Some requirements:
Comfortable in front of a camera and ok with directional posing. It’s a very artsy vision the photographer and I have.
Female model a size 4-6 or smaller for the dress to fit. I have other dress options and future shoots so definitely open to other sizes later 🙂
Be ok with covering visible tattoos with makeup.
If partner is male, open to having hair and facial hair trimmed.
Again must have flexibility on Tuesday March 29th. Latest models could arrive is 2:00 for HMU.
