We catered some Christmas parties. Even a private one in the home of the client. Oh my goodness….it was so much work but so much fun. Appetizers, beef tenderloin, ribeyes, chicken fingers, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, crab stuffed shrimp, potatoes…twice baked, scalloped and baked, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, so much salad, and I lost count of pie and crème brûlée! Ohhhh and the taco bars!!! Everybody loves tacos!!! It was our first real year of holiday catering and we were so blessed! Here are a few photos…
