It’s 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night, and we are watching people dance and celebrate. We couldn’t help but smile as we reflected on where we are on this day and how much effort it took to reach this moment.

Wedding days are all about reflection—thinking back to younger years, embracing once-in-a-lifetime moments, and witnessing the beginning of a couple’s new journey together. They’re a roller coaster of emotions: joy, anxiety, nerves, worry, and even sadness for those who couldn’t be there. There are all kinds of tears, from heartfelt speeches to uncontrollable belly laughs over cherished memories.

As we enter this Thanksgiving season, we’re not just reflecting on today, but on all the wedding days and events we’ve been blessed to be part of. This journey has brought its own roller coaster of emotions, and we are so grateful to play a role in creating family memories that last a lifetime.

A special thank you and heartfelt congratulations to the many couples from this past summer and fall whom we missed posting about! It has been a privilege to share in your wedding journeys and to get to know you and your families.

To our amazing vendors, we’ve loved working with you and are continually inspired by your hard work, talent, and dedication. Thank you for being an integral part of the Birchwood team.
