I will post more later because I am pooped but….

What a fun night! 55 ladies purchased tickets (not all pictured) my third, and largest charcuterie class tonight at Harvey’s on Noble! I think more would have come but I had to limit seats to be sure I could accommodate that many!

I cannot say how appreciative I am of such supportive women like Skye, who invites and is gracious enough to let me host, and the loads of sweet women who always show up, encourage and cheer for me.

BIG thank you to my friend, Christy Mock who jumped in to be my assistant when my other was a no show (😢)- I couldn’t have done it without your help!

More photos to come after a good night’s rest but for now, I hope you’re all somewhere snacking on your boxes and happy because you had a great, well deserved night out!!!!

When you inquire about an order, the first thing I am going to ask is, "How many people are you feeding?"

The price will depend on two things: the number of guests being fed and the foods requested.

What you are paying for:
🐦 For me to shop for the food.
🐦 For the food itself.
🐦 For me to prepare the food.
🐦 For me to set the table.
🐦 For the use of my serving pieces.
🐦 For delivery.
🐦 For my creativity, time, and labor.
🐦 For me to come back, clean up, and pick up the serving pieces.
🐦 For someone who is licensed through the state and who gets regular health inspections to ensure the safety of your food.
🐦 For someone who is ALWAYS dependable, on time and committed to customer service.

When I quote a price, I am considering all of the above while trying to stay within your budget.

50% of total is due to book the date with the remaining balance being owed at time of service. No exceptions.
