We were back at Innovation Station in Dillsboro yesterday for a private event and, wow! We are so impressed with how far their patio area (now formally known as the Greenhouse Patio) has come since being there this time last year. It’s a large space that’s fully enclosed, air conditioned, and clean. We think it would make such a super space for birthday parties, wedding festivities, and corporate functions! Two thumbs up from Betty Bloom’s!

Friendly Reminder from Alisha (Owner):

Betty Bloom's is NOT my full-time job. This means I simply cannot accept every order that's requested. I truly wish I could!

This is also why you receive the following message the moment you submit order inquiries on our website: "Submitting this form does not guarantee availability." I respond to all order inquiries via the email YOU provide within 48-72 hours, if not before then.

Betty Bloom's is typically booked 30 days out. If you place an order with only a week's notice, it more than likely won't be possible.

I created this business and began offering my services to the public out of love for creativity and delicious food; however, the unkind interactions I've experienced today and as of late have me questioning if I want to keep doing it.

Once again, this is not my full-time job or primary source of income. In fact, I don't pay myself with the money I make from Betty Bloom's at all. Every cent goes directly back into the business in order to create and share more beauty.

Going forward, rude individuals will not be served. If this continues to be an issue, I will make Betty Bloom's private and only take orders from folks I know, or simply close our "doors" altogether.

To my loyal, kind and incredible customers: THANK YOU! You are the only reason I haven't thrown my hands up yet.
