Reminiscing on our first wedding at a winery last summer at White Caps Winery in Chaumont, NY. An intimate bayside ceremony followed by a relaxed and eventful reception. A truly magical day it was at RMSC Cu***ng Nature Center. A whimsical ceremony in the woods followed by an intimate outdoor reception. The most perfect summer day it was, sun was gleaming in through the trees, laughter was in the air, big smiles, and hearts were full. Bess & GT's wedding was organic, natural, colorful, and full of love. There were so many magical moments sprinkled in throughout the day that made it one that we will never forget!

Happy Anniversary Kristina and Charlie! 🥂


A beautiful spring day it was with their ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church in Binghamton, NY followed by their outdoor wedding reception at the Orchard at Chenango Commons .

There was so much love, joy, and happiness in the room on Kristina & Charlie’s wedding day. I will always remember their incredible first dance together as a married couple with tons of lifts and twirls. It was so fun and entertaining to watch. I’m pretty sure that I might of shed a tear or two! Wishing you both an amazing day today as you celebrate your marriage! 🫶🏼

Is it just me or is wedding season THE best season?!

We cannot wait to coordinate Bridgette and Chris's wedding this summer at a private residence in Lafayette, New York! Backyard weddings have returned and we are here for it! 🙌🏼

We have been busy as a bee finalizing details for upcoming weddings, designing styled shoots, gearing up for the season, and responding to 2025 inquiries. There is so much in store for this year's wedding season! We are beyond excited to see our clients wedding plans come to fruition & a few of our own projects come to life too! 3...2...1.... I wanted to share some photos that I snagged at a wedding tour last week ar the Landmark Theatre! Isn’t this venue stunning?! I’ve lived in Syracuse my whole life and I’m still in awe of this amazing facility! 😍

After the big “I Do” and kiss, there are so many options to get your guests involved in the celebration and add to the excitement during your recessional or wedding exit!

Here are some options to enhance your recessional or wedding exit:

- Eucalyptus Toss🌿- perfect for a spring or summer wedding, eucalyptus is biodegradable and safe for the environment

- Dried Flower Toss🥀- pick your favorite flowers and let them dry out before your wedding.. this is also safe for the environment and cost effective

- Fresh Flower Petal Toss🌹- rose petals work great or any other flower petal that interests you. Ask your florist to stash extra flower petals in paper bags or cones for guests to toss

- Rice Toss 🌾- a traditional wedding practice, showering the couple with abundance and fertility

- Bubbles 🫧- perfect for a romantic exit or a day time ceremony

- Bicyle Bells 🔔 - great option for a church wedding, guests can ring the bells as soon as you and your honey exit the church and get in to your car!

- Paper Airplane Program ✈️ - this is an option for couples that may have dated long distance for a portion of their relationship

- Personalized Handkerchief - with a favorite quote or saying for guests to wave at the end of your ceremony during the recessional

* It’s important to make sure to check with your venue to ensure that you are following venue policies*

With wedding season upon us, I think it’s time to address some important seating chart do’s and don’ts!

Do
- Arrange your guests on the seating chart by last name. This saves so much time and ensures that your guests are not browsing all over the seating chart to find their name.
- Make sure that the font is large enough.. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen guests squinting at the seating chart.. they need to be able to read it without squinting! It’s important to communicate this with the designer, calligrapher etc.
- Prepare for the weather if your ceremony is outside. Your chart should be able to withstand the elements of wind, rain etc.

Don’t
- Overcrowd your tables! You want your guests to be comfortable at their table. If the table holds 8 to 10 guests do not try to squeeze in 11!! Also account for chargers as they tend to take up a significant amount of space on the table.
- Older folks or any guests that are hard of hearing should not be seated near the DJ or band. This way, they will be able to hear each other when conversing!
- Overthink your seating arrangements! Group guests together based on how you know them, family, close friends, colleagues etc. It does take some thought to put together but don’t sweat it! 😊

Happy Sp’ring’ & Happy Wedding Wednesday! 💍🌸

Although fall is the most popular time of the year for weddings, I’d recommend not ruling out a spring wedding. Here are some benefits to tying the knot in the spring months:

1. Weather - yes I said it! It’s not too cold and not too hot in the spring. You can have an outside ceremony and work with your planner to plan for plan B locations in the case of rain. In the event of a shower, have some umbrellas handy and your photographer can snag romantic pics of you and your honey 😍☂️

2. Flowers and Plants in Bloom - everything starts to come alive again in the spring. Flowers and plants can be used as a backdrop for your wedding photos. Wedding decor can enhance the natural scenery.

3. Beginning of the Wedding Season! - wedding season is generally from May to October. Hosting your wedding anywhere from March to May allows you to kick off the season with your own wedding. Your wedding will be one of the first events on your guests calendar for the year and that’s exciting!

4. Spring Produce - work with your caterer to incorporate the vegetables and fruits that are in season whether it be asparagus, snap peas, baby carrots or strawberries

5. Pastel Colors - color palettes of light pink, blue, mint, and yellow are fresh, romantic, and whimsical

6. Off Season Benefit - depending on the venue, you may be able to get an off season rate if you choose a date in March, April or even early May before the wedding season begins!
