This week we tragically lost our dear friend, Richard. Someone I met from work but ended up feeling like a life long friend. He was so hardworking in an industry where his business was a lifestyle not just a career and he completely embraced it and enjoyed it. A true people person with an endless supply of jokes and stories. If he knew ya he could talk for hours and if he didn’t he could still talk for hours! But my goodness how this man cared for others was just unmatched… He would always go the extra mile to help, he would go out of his way to do something kind just to make someone’s day and I can think of multiple occasions where he would stop during a busy day to help strangers or even animals he came across in his travels that needed it. He was someone you could rely on and know he would be there for you no matter what. Rich was one of a kind and I think that’s why this is hitting so hard. My heart is absolutely broken for his wife Brenna, and kids, Peyton, Carys and Vann— I hope you know that we are all here for you and absolutely anything you need.

Rich, I will miss you dearly.
