Catering by The Oaks is the only Kosher fine-dining and catering service in Central New York. We are under under the supervision of Rabbi Shore of the VA’DD Ha’Ir of Syracuse and a Glatt Kosher Kitchen. Executive Chef Keith LeBlanc and Chef Manager Chef Mark Antzak have over 20 years combined experience in both Kosher and non-Kosher catering.
