Our team enjoyed a visit to Koehler Welding Supply in Madison (our 2024 Community of the Year) last week! Our President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders met with our board member Dave Ungru (CEO) and his sons, Todd (President) and Doug (VP), who now oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

Dave has also helped to establish the Cub Manufacturing and Cub Engineering programs as work-based learning opportunities for Madison-area students, and he advises several young entrepreneurs in the community.
