Five college students go to an abandoned cabin in the woods and accidentally unleash an evil force that turns them all into demons. The classic cult films come to life on stage in one of the craziest, funniest and bloodiest theatrical experiences of all time.

On Nov. 1 join us in the Marren Studio for Women in Horror, an engaging pre-show discussion prior to the 8 p.m. performance of Evil Dead The Musical. Expert panelists Amy Shore, Ph.D. (SUNY Oswego), Matthew J. Fee, Ph.D. (Le Moyne College) and Jaynelle D. Nixon, Ph.D. (Syracuse University) will explore the transformation of female characters throughout the decades and examine their impact on the genre, with moderation by Professor Ola Kraszpulska. It’s bound to be a scream—don’t miss it!

In April, students from our Dance Choreography course participated in the annual National Water Dance by performing The Last Drop, an original work.

Below is a recap video of all groups who participated in the event, including our dolphins.

National Water Dance is a national community of dancers and movers who believe in the power of dance to move our bodies, our spirits, and our collective energies in bringing attention to the fragility of our waters and the impact of climate change. By creating a national simultaneous movement choir we unite across the United States with our neighbors in the region to move with one voice for responsible stewardship of our Earth.

This video is a comprehensive representation of the many dancers who participated in National Water Dance

Introducing the Musical Theatre Incubator, a new program housed in Le Moyne College's Department of Visual and Performing Arts, in collaboration with the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Creativity.

The incubator has been established to encourage and nurture the creation of new musical theatre works, to create new opportunities for students to engage in the creative process, and to provide a venue for creative entrepreneurship.

Thanks to generous patrons, alumni and support from The Stanley W. Metcalf and D.E. French Foundations, students and faculty will present two original works at Fringe festivals this summer, Edgar in the Red Room in Montréal and Kafka’s Metamorphosis: The Musical! With Puppets! in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Edgar in the Red Room (Festival St-Ambroise Fringe de Montréal) June 8-16

Kafkamusical (Edinburgh Festival Fringe) July 31-August 26
