We were honored to help @unitedwaycny celebrate 100 years of caring last night in grand style at the magnificent @syrlandmark . The more than 400 guests were gorgeously attired and the air was festive on such a beautiful fall evening. Between the splendor of the theatre, the glamour of the attendees and the show-stopping fare our culinary team produced, this event was a hot ticket.
The 1920's theme fully inspired the menu. The lobby level featured a Spotlight Grand Display that stretched for 18' feet with various, sumptuous options to tempt our guests. On the promenade, we showcased three stations all reflective of 100 years ago: The Ellis Island Meatball Market with five different meatballs, Grauman's Chinese Theatre and The Gatsby Seafood Bar. We are so blessed to work with such talented chefs and servers. Our thanks to all of them for their great work and to @the_cidermill crew for the support pre-and-post event.
